Charitable Trusts forms

There are no prescribed forms for charitable trusts, but any documents submitted must comply with the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.  To help trusts provide the right information the Companies Office have prepared forms that can be used by charitable trusts when incorporating and when updating their rules or contact details. 

Note: There are now also forms available for requesting to either:

  • remove a Charitable Trust Board from the Register or

  • restore a Charitable Trust Board to the Register.
