Fact Sheet | Filing A Financial Statement Online

This service allows you to file a financial statement for your Incorporated Society under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908. Charitable trusts are not required to file financial statements under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.

IMPORTANT NOTE

If an Incorporated Society is registered with the Charities Commission they no longer need to file their annual financial statements with the Registrar of Incorporated Societies.  They must, however, continue to file other changes in the societies details (e.g. Rules, name, addresses)

The registry key is required to use this service. The financial statement must be in electronic Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, Excel or PDF format.
