Update Organisation Details

Updating Organisation Details

Any information recorded in this module will be available for display on the public web site as soon as you select the Submit Changes button.

  1. From the Update Organisation Details screen, select the Update button next to the Organisation Details heading.

  2. Use the pick list to select the month of your AGM.

  3. Use the Purpose text box to enter information about the purpose of your organisation.

  4. Enter the phone number and email address that you want to have displayed on the public web site.

  5. Enter the URL of any website maintained by your organisation.

  6. Select the Submit Changes button. The registry will be updated with your changes immediately. A confirmation screen will be displayed. You can use [Ctrl] + [P] buttons on your keyboard to print this screen.

  7. Select OK to return to the Update Organisation Details screen.

  8. Update organisation addresses or organisation officers as required.

  9. Select Exit to return to the Maintain Organisation Details menu.
