Incorporated societies and charitable trusts can file dissolution documents by scanning and emailing them to info@societies.govt.nz.

Before scanning your documents for email, please ensure that all relevant forms from our Forms and fees page are fully completed, signed and included.

Note | Documents must be either Portable Document Format (.pdf), Microsoft Word (.doc) or Excel (.xls) files.
