File your documents by email

Incorporated societies and charitable trusts can file documents such as rule changes and applications for dissolution by scanning and emailing them to info@societies.govt.nz.

Before scanning your documents for email, please ensure that all relevant forms from our forms and fees page are fully completed, signed and included.

Documents must be in Adobe PDF (.pdf), Microsoft Word (.doc) or Excel (.xls) format.
