Incorporated societies and charitable trusts can file documents such as rule changes and applications for dissolution by scanning and emailing them to info@societies.govt.nz.
Before scanning your documents for email, please ensure that all relevant forms from our forms and fees page are fully completed, signed and included. |
Documents must be in Adobe PDF (.pdf), Microsoft Word (.doc) or Excel (.xls) format.
