How to get a logon
To register, follow these steps:
- A red asterisk (*) denotes a mandatory field
- Please don't use the browser back button.
Step 1 - Select 'Get User ID' option
Use the link located in the upper right corner of the website.
Step 2 - Complete the 'User Details' section.
These are your own contact details and a password you will use when you log on.
Step 3 - Complete the 'Customer Details' section.
Normally you would enter the contact details for the organisation you belong to (this might be the society's or trust's details).
However, if you want to use this as your own account:
- re-enter your name in the Organisation Name field
- select Other from the Customer Category drop down menu
- re-enter your telephone number
- enter your postal address.
Step 4 - Complete the 'Payment details' section
There are no fees associated with using any of the online services on the Societies and Trusts website - they are FREE.
If, however, you think you will use your Logon on one of our other websites (see list of participating websites) you may wish to select an appropriate payment option.
Step 5 - Sites and Services
Leave these fields blank to access all available sites and services. Entering details into this section will restrict your access to certain websites or services.
Step 6 - Save your details
Scroll back to the top of the page and select Save.
Step 7 – Terms and conditions
Acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
What happens next?
Your User ID will be emailed to you. Please ensure you keep it in a secure place.
You can log on to any of our participating websites as soon as you have received your User ID and password.
