An updated version of the sample rules for incorporated societies is now available.
Rule 20 has been reworded to give Societies the option of having "Reviews" rather than "Audits" because
- of the misconception that auditors will uncover ANY irregularity in the course of their work, and that
- reviews may be more appropriate for smaller Societies and much less expensive than audits.
