There are two ways to file a financial statement - online using your registry key or by filing paper forms.
File your financial statements online
Annual financial statements for incorporated societies can be filed online using the registry key.
File a paper document
You are also able to file a paper copy of a financial statement using Form IS4 - Financial statement cover sheet.
