Filing your financial statements manually
You can file your financial statements manually by delivering paper documents to the Registrar together with the Form IS4 - Financial statement cover sheet.
When filing the paper document, an officer of the society has to sign a certificate to the effect that the financial statement was submitted to and approved by the members of the society at a general meeting (e.g. at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)). The wording for this certificate is provided on the Form IS4 - financial statement cover sheet.
